Construction of a wig takes 3-5 working days.

• Local shipping time frame is between 2-4 working days after.

• 48 hours payment processing circumstances (excluding holidays).

• International shipping time frame is between 3-5 working days after 72 hours payment processing circumstances (excluding holidays).

• TracyB Luxury Hair will not be held accountable for any packages lost or delayed in transit. Transit insurance is available upon request.

• We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & and billing addresses.

• Express delivery is available at an extra cost based on timing and location.
