Return/Exchange Policy

At TracyB Luxury Hair, we maintain a very high level of customer satisfaction and quality control by ensuring our customers receive the finest quality raw hairs and lace systems.
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are not allowed.
Exchanges may be permitted subject to the following terms and conditions:

All exchanges must be made within 48hours of recorded receipt.
Exchange will be made for products with equal value.
In specific cases of customized lace frontals and lace closure wigs , they will not be accepted or exchanged once the order has been placed.
We must receive the merchandise in its original packaging before an exchange can be made.

In a case where any of the conditions above are not met, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange.

Shipping Policy

Construction of a wig takes 3-5 working days.

Local shipping time frame is between 2-4 working days after.
48 hours payment processing circumstances (excluding holidays).
International shipping time frame is between 3-5 working days after 72 hours payment processing circumstances (excluding holidays).
TracyB Luxury Hair will not be held accountable for any packages lost or delayed in transit. Transit insurance is available upon request.
We will not be held liable for any delays due to incorrect shipping & and billing addresses.
Express delivery is available at an extra cost based on timing and location.
